Cancellation, Refund And Return Policy
- BRANDHOLIC E-SERVICES Pvt Ltd shall not provide any refund for services already availed on the application.
- BRANDHOLIC E-SERVICES Pvt Ltd may cancel the transaction initiated by You on the Application, if:
- The designated address to avail the BRANDHOLIC E-SERVICES SERVICES service provided by You is outside the service zone of BRANDHOLIC E-SERVICES Pvt Ltd.
- Failure to get your response via phone or any other communication channel at the time of confirmation of the order booking.
- The transaction involves supply/delivery/purchase of any material good that is illegal, offensive or violative of the Terms of Use.

- If the transaction cannot be completed for reasons not in control of BRANDHOLIC E-SERVICES Pvt Ltd.
- You shall only be able to claim refunds for transactions initiated by You only if You have already pre-paid the fees with respect to such transactions. All refunds will be credited as BRANDHOLIC E-SERVICES SERVICES credits.
- Any refund on BRANDHOLIC E-SERVICES SERVICES will be credited as BRANDHOLIC E-SERVICES SERVICES credit in your BRANDHOLIC E-SERVICES SERVICES Wallet.
- BRANDHOLIC E-SERVICES SERVICES credit cannot be converted into any national currency and can only be used on the BRANDHOLIC E-SERVICES SERVICES Application.
Other
- BRANDHOLIC E-SERVICES will not be responsible for the transaction by a stolen phone or hacked phone.
- BRANDHOLIC E-SERVICES will not be responsible for the transactions by the other person using stolen password.
- BRANDHOLIC E-SERVICES has monthly transaction limit.
- BRANDHOLIC E-SERVICES do not save your card details, it is saved on payment gateway website. BRANDHOLIC E-SERVICES will not be responsible for the saved card details.
- BRANDHOLIC E-SERVICES will not be responsible if any vendor deny to take payment through BRANDHOLIC E-SERVICES. It is vendor’s sole discretion to accept payment by any mode.
